Our Members Office is managed by João Pereira who has worked with our club since the beginning of 2020. Prior to this he had three years in the Caddie Master team at Quinta da Ria. Jolande Penninks who was the first lady Captain of the club in 2002 is since mid 2025 his back-up.

Our office is located around the corner from the Quinta da Ria Reception. It is open weekdays from 8 am until 4 pm.

In cooperation with the Captains and the Board, the office plays a key role in organizing all our competitions, including registrations, draws, results etc.

The Members Office handles matters of Club and FPG membership as well as handicap administration.
